Superior Water is committed to serving your household to the best of our ability – and maintaining the lowest health risk possible while doing so during this difficult time.  We are scheduling installations and providing services when necessary. When our plumbers and technicians come to your home we are taking the following safety precautions to safeguard your health so we can continue to serve you.

  • Allowing 6 feet of physical space.
  • Following all Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and best practices.
  • Using hand sanitizer before, and after installations or service.
  • Washing hands for a minimum of 30 seconds.
  • Not allowing sick employees to report to work.
  • When refueling our vans, our installation specialists have been instructed to wear disposable gloves.
  • Consistent Use of disinfectant wipes, including wiping the tanks, vehicles,
    work areas, before leaving the home.
  • Masks are available and worn when customer requests them to be.
  • We will respect your personal space and wishes to remain outside of the home.
